About Me

Hi, I’m Bijon Lane — also known as BBodyandFit. I’m an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, Project Management Professional (PMP), and mom to an energetic four-year-old son.

My fitness journey began in 2020 during the height of the COVID-19 shutdowns, where I created workout plans and hosted live workout sessions through Instagram to help people stay active, motivated, and connected from home. What started as a passion quickly grew into a purpose: helping others build confidence through movement and intentional training.

Shortly after, I stepped into one of my most important roles — motherhood. As life shifted, so did my priorities. Becoming a mom deepened my understanding of balance, discipline, consistency, and the importance of creating realistic, sustainable fitness routines that fit into everyday life.

Now, I’m back with an even stronger vision and renewed motivation to help others become stronger, more confident versions of themselves. My coaching approach focuses on intentional training designed to build strength, improve mobility, enhance athleticism, and create lasting results. I believe fitness should challenge you, support you, and empower you both physically and mentally.

In addition to fitness, I hold a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Towson University and a Master of Arts in Educational Advocacy and Policy from Georgetown University. My background in leadership, strategy, and project management influences the way I coach — with structure, accountability, purpose, and a personalized approach for every client.
